Step 01
1. In the Run box type Secpol.msc and press enter
2. Navigate to Local Policies > Security Options Accounts: Administrator Account Status

3. Double click on the Policy and do what you want Disable or Enable.

Step 02 (Using Command Prompt)
1.Run Cmd as administrator
2.To enable the Windows Administrator Password Account type net user
administrator /active:yes
3.To disable the Windows Administrator Password Account type
net user administrator /active:no
